BARRY WILMETH  is a real estate agent in Pearl City, Hawaii. His passion is helping families buy their first homes because his strongest belief is that the initial key to building wealth is buying your own home. He is especially supportive of military families moving to Hawaii, and he volunteers his assistance at multiple military bases on Oahu. Barry is also a seasoned, active real estate investor. He is an author, a mentor, and a keynote speaker who helps homeowners and new investors develop strategies for continuing to build their wealth by investing in real estate.

Barry’s initial investments in condominiums began in 2003 and then spread to buying and selling homes in 2011. Since perfecting his Lease-Option sales strategy, he has helped many new real estate investors get started by taking the time to explain the basics and mentor them through their initial acquisitions. Barry’s no-nonsense explanations are easy to understand, and his sincere interest in others’ success shows in every discussion.

Barry Wilmeth is a native of San Antonio, Texas, but he has lived in Hawaii since 1982. He is a Vietnam-era veteran with over twenty years of service in the United States Air Force, serving throughout the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. Barry has a Computer Science degree and a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Oklahoma.
